Refund and Returns Policy

At Xtra Drop, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your perfume, you may return it within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Please note that the returned product will be inspected upon receipt after being used, and only the purchase price of the product will be refunded. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

It’s important to mention that this return policy does not apply to products that were purchased with a discount. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
